Albemarle Corporation As the worlds leading supplier of flame retardant additives, Albemarle Corporation is committed to providing their customers with the highest level of service. To help better service their LTL [less than truckload] customers, Albemarle has selected HM Royal Incorporated as their flame retardant distribution agent to select accounts throughout the United States. Starting June 1, 2005, HM Royal will stock Albemarle products in their warehouses and can begin to take your order. HM Royal will handle LTL orders for Albemarle flame retardant products placed on or after June 1, 2005. Available products include: AntiBlaze® Phosphorus FR, Saytex® Brominated Flame Retardants, Martinal® Aluminum Hydroxides, Magnifin® Magnesium Hydroxide, PYRO-CHEK® Flame Retardants, and NcednX ™ Flame Retardants. China Min Metals H.M. Royal, Incorporated has been appointed the sales agent for China Min Metals to cover the United States East of the Mississippi River. CMN is one of the largest metals company in China and controls a large share of the raw antimony metal produced in China. CMN's finished antimony, sold under the trade name BrightSun is manufactured in CMN's state of the art facility in China. Solvay Solexis Solvay Solexis has appointed H.M. Royal of California as their exclusive distributor of fluoroelastomers in the 7 western states. Solvay is a technology leader in the production of fluoroelastomers for use in high temperature applications. They selected H.M. Royal of California as their partners based on HMRCA's market knowledge, industry contacts and warehouse/distribution capabilities out of Buena Park. Toray Fine Chemicals H.M. Royal, Incorporated has been signed as the exclusive sales agent for Toray Fine Chemicals (TFC) for sales of their CTPI rubber chemical/scorch retarder to the U.S. market. TFC has produced CTPI for years but has decided to come directly to the U.S. market, utilizing H.M. Royal, Incorporated as their sales channel. Other key suppliers who joined us within the past 5 years continue to grow as valuable partners to H.M. Royal. These include Akzo Nobel (cross linking peroxides); Colorwen International (Rubber Masterbatch Color Dispersions); Columbian Chemicals (Reinforcing Carbon Blacks); Glassven C.A. (Precipitated Silica); Rutgers VFT (Hydrocarbon and Coumarone Indene resins); and Toray Thiokol (Liquid Polysulfide and Rubber Chemicals). H.M.
